Hi Kerry,
I have a Joseph Buggins who died in 1939 when he was in his eighties but I do not know the cause of his death and was not aware of any need for a coroner's report.   I also have an Arthur Joseph Buggins who also died in 1939, when he was only fifteen and I know that a coroner's report was involved in this death.   Could the details you have relate to Arthur Joseph rather than Joseph?   I would be very grateful for any information that you may have.
