Do you have any slightly later coroner's records?   I am stumped with finding the death of Charles Smith, joiner =Eliza Whitehead at Westwood (Canley nr Stoneleigh) in 1857, By 1866 in his father in law's will he is mentioned as being deceased.  At time of marriage he lived at St Luke's Chelsea and married by licence.  Not located him in a Census. Could have been working in London at time of marriage.  More likely to have been from Warwicks.
Even a clue might help. Thanks a lot.

Unfortunately I only know that his father was Thomas Smith, farmer,
and that Charles, bachelor,aged 27 married Eliza, spinster, aged 28, by Vicar General's Licence (Records at Lambeth Palace Library) on 23 Feb 1857 which puts Charles birth at 1830.
The Whitehead family originated from Baxterley, N. Warwicks, and there is om tje Return of owners of Land 1871 mention of a Thomas Smith of Baxterley, farmer of 726 acres.  However I still have not found Charles in any Census.
In 1861 Census Eliza is listed (married (sic) and living with her father Joseph, now retired in Corley.  This couple are the most elusive of all my paternal line which goes back to 1600s in Warwickshire.   Sorry no more info on Charles.

Deposition: Ann Swadkins, wife of Thomas, Beoley, labourer.
