Ancestry Trees

Hi. I'm hoping someone knows why! My cousin has just started her tree on Ancestry and is filling in her Mother's side from mine. She has me as "Editor" on her tree and I'm getting the info for her Father's side and putting it on her tree. The trouble is that she can't see any of the info that I have put on!. I've sent Ancestry an email  but to no avail. Any suggestions please "COMPLETED"

Ancestry usually take a week to reply to emails.  It's better to phone them if you have problems

Thanks Nick. I've sussed it out now. Before adding anything, you have to start every time from the "Home Person" then go forward from where you left off. Peter
