The Commonwealth War Graves Commission remit
'Established by Royal Charter in 1917, the Commonwealth War Graves Commission pays tribute to the 1,700,000 men and women of the Commonwealth forces who died in the two world wars. 'Emily married James Parr on 1st December 1900 at All Hallows Bromley. The birthdates of Louisa Emily and her half brother limited the dates of the search for James Parr's possible death.
