Is it too much to hope that you might have come across some Boyds & Weatherups in your Carnmoney research ? If you have , I'd love to hear of them, as my family were from around this area.

Hi Coral.
Will have a looksee and get back to you later.
Would you by any chance be a Weatherup ?. An estimater in the company that I worked for had that surname, he came from either Greenisland or Carrick, I just cannot remember which. He went to Australia in the 1970's. My boss and he were good friends, he was a Carrick man, by the name of Bill Ramsey.
Regards,
Dixie

Hallo Coral.
There are various Boyd baptisms in the material that I have, not that many McCreas. Will go through them and list all I find and then post them for you.
There are a number of years missing in what I have.
The one that may interest you is below, I hope it's one you are looking for.

       Jane, born, 15 Feb 1862, baptized 6 April 1862.
Parents,   David Boyd and Margaret Boyd.

Regards,
Dixie

Dixie, No "sorry" required for such a lovely lot of research!
There are names I recognise as some of mine, and others to go on my "to be proven" list, so I appreciate enormously your labours. Thanks very much, Coral

Hi Carol / Saz.
Was going over these and noticed that I had put Boyd instead of Carlisle, as the mother of Letitia, born 14 Dec 1847, bap 7 Feb 1848, father, Anthony Boyd. I've just changed it on the posting.
By the way Carol, could not find any Weatherups on the Carnmoney register, sorry.
Most haste, less speed. I'll have to take my time in future.
Sorry about that, hope it does not cause to much confusion.
Dixie.

Hi Coral / Saz.
Here's a few I missed from that list with the Boyds / McCreas.

William, bap 5 Nov 1854, parents, John McGlaughlin / Agnes Boyd.
Hugh, born 29 Sept 1861, bap 1 Dec 1861, parents, Charles Lynas / Ann Boyd.
Jane, bap 20 May 1857, parents, John McGlaughlin / Agnes Boyd.

I had to pop a "T" into Henry M. bap 5 Aug 1854, father's surname, as I left the T out of Martin.

Still digging out the rest of them.

Hope these are OK.
Regards, Dixie.
