    Name spelt Hedger, living in caravans in Hertfordshire, most born around Kent

    James and Eliza b 1816 and 7 children    RG09 / 808 / 37 / 20

It would also make sense of the sons name Joseph. There is also an Elizabeth-Possibly Eliza and a Joseph but no Harriet and Frances. I know they are all christened in Herts and our family are born Islington . Perhaps not, grasping at straws.
