This is a long shot but hope someone can help me.
I am looking for the parents of a Mary Ita Barry born 21 Oct 1930 Ireland and married Dennis E Brook 1946 Gloucestershire, they had 3 children. Mary died 1999 in Surrey.

Index to civil registrations is online (free) and you can search for the birth there and with the details in the index order the birth certificate.

a marriage cert should show Mary's father's name, which would help to confirm any potential birth cert. In case you dont have this - the index details from freebmd are below :
