Unfortunately, the records for 1895/6 aren't browsable on Ancestry which is why sending an email to the LMA will confirm what they've got.

Hello,

A bit earlier than you want but try these handwritten Stepney Union casebooks, 1889-1890
General page at http://library-2.lse.ac.uk/archives/pdf/Stepney_Union.html

If you search the site you'll find the main names of the case studies searchable but the names (there are many) contained in the body of the studies are not and you'll have to read through them.  There are about 600 case studies with a page or two per 'main' name.

Best of luck

Chattaway, Hill, Mitchell, 2 x Brown, Holbrook, Griffin & Wedge from St Georges in the East and Spitalfields, Middlesex.
