Church ministers named Carter
« on: Thursday 04 February 10 14:20 GMT (UK) »
Hi,
Within Lancashire records is there a list of Church ministers who  may have lived in Royton Lancashire and officiated at the local churches there, probably Baptist. All I have at present is that he had a son Michael who was in the army in Suffolk in 1947! This is a long shot but maybe yield something to work on.

Terry, not specifically what you asked for, but this may serve if no-one can be more exact. There is a Baptist Historical Society and their website includes lists of obituaries for Baptist ministers including several Carters
