Could anyone out there know of a Paley family 10 children born in the Kent area from 1875-1901.  At least 3 immigrated.  Father was Walter Paley and mother was Ellen Rycroft.

You really need some more details before anybody could help, such as names or dates of a couple of the children.  You may be serching in the wrong county as the only marriage I could find for the information you give is

Walter Townsend Paley Q4 1880 Chapel en le Frith  7b 1253.  There is an Ellen Rycroft listed as one of the possible brides.

Chapel en le Frith  is in Derbyshire not Kent.

Hi,

FreeBMD has some Paley births/deaths in Sussex that seem to fit:

Cyril Townsend Paley      d  SepQ 1886 Steyning         aged 4 years

Charles Harry T Paley     b MarQ 1886   d JunQ 1887  aged 1       both in Steyning

Might explain the "gap"  :-\

Don't know when they emigrated, but at sometime they moved to the Middlesex area as around about 1910-1912 they are living in the Edmonton district, Walter claims he's 50, Ellen 45, Dorothy 21, Gwendoline 19, Eileen 17, Edward 15, Victoria 13, James 11 and Philip 8.  Somebody else living with them called Lawrence Schwabe aged 57.  I suspect they moved there between the births of Victoria and James since James and Philip's birthplaces are NOT Brighton.

Death for Rachel Paley Q3 1866 Chorlton  8c 353 age 35
Death for James Gartside Paley Q2 1867 W. Derby  8b 337 age 40

Wonder what he was doing in Liverpool then?  I don't think you live in England so don't mistake the West Derby registration district for Derbyshire, it's in Lancashire, close to Liverpool.
