There is a Frances Webb marrying a George Bacon in Newport June 1909.There are also 3 chilldren listed to Webb Bacon in FBD in the following years for Monmouthshire.
The couple lived in Risca Road Crosskeys a few years after their marriage.

Thanks for your input..This  Frances married  Arthur Goodland in Bristol in 1915...after that I know nothing...! Thanks anyway!Cheers stel

she possibly marries a Gwilym D Evans in Mar 1940 Bristol
