Sunderland and Gateshead look up

I need a look up for Registry entry for the following two Douglas's please.
John Douglas 31st May 1824 Sunderland Durham.
Elizabeth Douglas Christened 25th December 1813 Gateshead Durham
Am looking for full Parish entry if possible. Many thanks PD

Their parents are shown on familysearch, is that where you saw the information?
 
1824 entry shows parents  John DOUGLAS  and Rebecca DOUTHWAITE    
1813  entry shows her surname as DORTHWAITE       
   
Have you had a look at the Bishops' Transcripts for Durham?

click on Durham then Gateshead 1812-1823

Elizabeth's entry on page 31 does show her mother as Rebecca Dorthwaite, the only other information is that John's occupation was surgeon and their abode was Gateshead.

I'll let you find John's 1824 baptism

Thanks so much Barbara, I did try that link to Sunderland but at page 1412 it ends in 1820. Am I missing something somewhere. I will try again tomorrow. Again thank you so much for the great info. Paul

I should have said that the Bishops' Transcripts aren't complete, and unfortunately some parishes are hidden away out of order, but you're right, it finishes at 1820 though the heading says otherwise.   :-\

Hopefully someone will be able to look at the parish registers for you
