I have to agree with aghadowey on pointing to your earlier post. In my opinion they are both related.

If you want to know about the Brennans in Wexford why do you mention Baldoyle, Dublin in this post? I could tell you something about that but I fear it might not be welcome since you only want to know about the time Nicholas lived in Byrne's Lane.

I don't get it.

Dara.

The previous post conflicts with the details you've posted here-
My grand father Michael Brennan was born in Parnell street in wexford.. His father was Nicholas Brennan, I do not know where he was born.. or his mother and fathers name..  but i know quite a bit about him.. He was a coast guard in Arklow and died in 1908.. but i know little about where he was born etc.. Nicholas Brennans wife was Catherine Moore.. Her mother and fathers names where Catherine Howlin and James Moore.. I have Catherine Moore baptism cert.. she was baptised in 1855 but does not say where just says wexford on the cert.. does not mention birth date or place... so i gather they all came from wexford... can anyone help me at all i have come up against a brick wall...

Do you know if they were related to Anastasia Brennan, i believe she was born in 1891 but married into the O'Brien Family? She also had a sister Mary Brennan who owned a sweet shop on Bright street in Wexford.
