Mary b1853
David b1854
we know the children were christened at St John's which may give a clue on where they were living

living at 12 radcliffe street,preston

thomas houghton 50yrs old employed as a carter
wife elizabeth 45yrs old and also employed as a carter
and there children
david who was 6yrs old and ascholor
elizabeth ann was 3yrs old
john was 9yrs old and a scholor
peter was 16yrs old and employed as a cotton presser
thomas was 13yrs old and an errand boy
and a border called william sharp from preston who was a 23yr old civil engineer.
thomas was born in inskip,lancs and the rest of the family were born in preston
