German ? certificate need to find

Hermann Hoffke need to find certificate please
Just got b/certificate Louis Hermann Hoffke 1850 St Marys Newington Surrey his Mothers Madden name was Winger can anyone tell me how to find or were to find marriage certificate? Louisa Winger and Johann Gottlieb Hermann Hoffke his birth was 1815/16 in Berlin don't know when he came to the UK his fathers name was also John Gottlieb think he dropped the Hoffke around 1858/9 when Louisa passed away

Hi Tony I’m Laura Joe Hermann’s daughter from hull I’m trying to trace the family history and I don’t know who to contact I’ve tried contacting Chris from Leeds on facebook a few times but nothing and now my dad isn’t with us I can’t ask him could you please possibly reach back out to me
