Hi Aleri,
If you are still looking for this then Owen Owen's house is still standing. It's called Noddfa now and is a kind of Catholic retreat. Here's their website

. It's on Conwy Old Road in Penmaenmawr about a couple of hundred yards from where Graiglwyd Road joins on to it and is opposite Tan y Foel cemetery. Jo above was right - it is the Tan y Foel building that was built by Murray Gladstone.
