Boarding schools
« on: Saturday 23 January 10 11:59 GMT (UK) »
Hi

Does anyone know any boarding schools that were in Lancs and Cheshire for boys in the early 1900s other than Merchant Taylors.

Thanks

There is Rossall School

Hi there
There was a grammar school in Warrington in 1891 because my ancestors were there in the census.  I think it might be  called St Thomas Boteler C of E High School founded in 1582.  If not then there were two:-)
