Sorry but this is the answer you didn't want to hear.  Patrick Riley is not buried in Easington Lane Cemetery or South Hetton or Hetton le Hole or Houghton le Spring. They are all the obvious ones I thought he could be in if he wasn't in the Easington Lane one . I'm guessing he must have moved before he died.

I went to School (RC) with Rileys who still lived either in or within a couple of doors of 46 High Street, EL. They were still there until at least the late eighties when I moved away and lost contact. Very strong family resemblence to the photograph. "

Hi I was born in Easington Lane and I noted that you mentioned that your relative wa R.C. so I suggest that you try ST. Marys church opposite Queen Elizabeth Drive.Hope that this helps.
