I hope that it is poosible to look up 2 addesses in Cheltham to see whom was living there between 1882 and 1891.

In 1881

William Capper was at Ivy Cottage Upper Norward Street
and
Sarah Jones 3 Portman Terrace.

They, at somepoint moved in together and then in the 1891 census they were in Birmingham together.
