St Phillips marriage lookup please

Hi

Samuel Rudge married Mary Lighham 07 Nov 1809 at St Phillips, Birmingham.  I would love to know which parish they were from and if there were any witnesses please.

In addition, a close inspection of Mary's last name would be much appreciated. It doesn't seem to be a very common name in England, so my guess is that it is a transcription error.
