1841-1851-1861 Cheshire census

I am looking for any information on William and Zilpha MILLWARD.. daughters Elizabeth, Martha and Ann,    of Macclesfield Cheshire.
I am hoping for census information,  1841-1851 1861 address ect ,  if possible, and 1871 for any information on Zilpha
William was a butcher. his death in 1862 and Zilpha died 1878.
