George GLANVILLE, b.1744 Crediton

I'm trying to find a George Glanville born in Crediton in 1744. I have found a George Glanville born on 24 Nov 1734 and christened on 8 Dec 1734 in Ide, Devon. Ide is about eight miles from Crediton. His parents were George Glanville and Sarah.

The George I am looking for married Sarah Salter. I found the marriage in Crediton on 17 Jan 1764. However, there was an earlier marriage:

George Glandfield married Elizabeth Pope in Crediton on 13 Jun 1751. This would fit in with George being born in 1734 and suggests that he was married twice.

Do you think I have found the correct George Glanville or was there really another one born in Crediton in 1744?

I have two links into the Flanville family in that area, but no George Glanville:

Arthur Frank Glanville b1897 married 1916 Tiverton Emma Salter b 1896, and
Peter Glanville b 1781 married 25 7 1811 Feniton Rebecca Sanders b 1784

Have you come across either of these?
