john darcy evans dublin, help please

i have on the 1911 census at 22 leinster road, dublin
john darcy evans age 42  single born co,cork,
land owner

living with him at the time was
william valentine evans, visitor,
would there be any way i could find out when
john darcy evans died,
and also if he made  a will,
would anyone know where i would apply for a copy of the will,
i take it he died in dublin
but when i have no idea,
any help or advice would be welcome

Index to civil registrations is online (up until 1958) but there's more than one John Darcy/D'Arcy Evans it seems. Closest seems to be a death for one in 1947 but born c1859.

There is a Darcey, John D. living in 73 Harcourt Street in the Electoral List of 1939-40
With him is a Nellie Darcey
