I've had a quick look at the 1861 census too see if any of the families that lived near the Eight Bells in 1851 were still there, and it seems that many of them hadn't moved at all in the ten years, they were in the same place with the same next door neighbours.

So Eight Bells must have been either on or next to "Church Square" in Ealing, also very near to "Westfield House" (Quick google search shows that this building still stands, and is on St Mary's Road, Ealing).
Hope this helps,
millerina
