Hi,

yes, the Phil is a great idea, at anytime. Not far from both cathedrals, and bombed out church, (St. Luke's).

Also, St. George's Hall, Museum, Walker Art Gallery and Liverpool Record Office not too far from there. (about 10 min walk)

Maybe, we could meet in the Phil, have brekky and/or lunch, and a chat. Then head on to where everyone wants to go. ? one or more of the above.

I think another good idea is for people to definitely let Katie know, via this board who is definitely coming. So we all know who to wait for at the meeting place. This will save time.

So, if you are definitely coming please put your name on here. If you are staying overnight, could you say, then we could arrange for an evening meal somewhere. We need to know numbers, if we do this.

Come on people not long to go, we need to get going on this.

Katie, give them a shake will ya!!!   ;D ;D ;D

Hi,

you could try The Premier Inn, Albert Dock. There are some rootschatters already staying there. Or, as Gjil suggested, The Dolby Hotel at the Albert Dock is cheap, but no frills!!

MAY (not certain on this yet) be booking myself and OH on tour of Anfield (as he is a Liverpool fan who has never been to the stadium) on the Saturday... anyone else interested? Can't book for you but if anyone else wants to go, let me know and we might include it in the itinerary.

Oh, if he is a fan, then he has to go on the tour. But, he wont be able to do it on Saturday, because Liverpool are playing at home, and they don't do tours on match days when they are at home  :)

And, although it grieves me (   :P  )  here is Everton's     http://www.evertonfc.com/club/stadium-tour.html          That one shouldn't take too long      ;D ;D ;D

If anyone's thinking of viewing Williamson's tunnels, this would need to be booked in advance, as volunteers lead the tour, so would probably need those interested to organise a group booking.

Not that I'll be doing it myself!
