Hello

Looking for Edward Meredith's death & burial place.  Could be Atherton or Tyldesley or Leigh and could be non-conformist, he was married in Wesleyan Chapel (Leigh)? 1899 to Mary Jackson.  In 1901 he was in George St, Tyldesley.  I think he was still alive in 1926 and would be 49ish.

hi you could check with the local cemetry in the area he was known to live the office is normaly very helpful to people also have a look on scotlands people they have lots of great info good luck with your search

Many thanks but I don't think they are the right ones.  They wouldn't be buried in Wigan.

You are right MIGKY I am but a stone's throw myself.  However, it doesn't feel right, do you know what I mean

I am wondering if he moved back to Wales not Scotland.  I will check that out, but will keep the info you have very kindly sent me just in case.
