William Gordon Bradley and co, Dublin solicitors
« on: Wednesday 06 January 10 10:33 GMT (UK) »
Interested in the Bradley family of Dublin who for 200 years were solicitors in Dublin.  Their firm of solicitors, founded by William Gordon Bradley in 1780, still exists in Dublin as WG Bradley and Co., although my great uncle was the last Bradley to work for the family firm.

The line of solicitors ends with my great uncle (William) Gordon Bradley (1884-1946 married Constance marguerite Inmand and then Malcolm Frazer), whose father (my great grandfather) was William David Bradley (1847-1897, married Mary Anne Isabella Halpin of Cavan) and grandfather (probably) was William George Bradley (married Charlotte Trotter). There was also Arthur Evelyn Bradley (born about 1865) who was president of the Irish Law Society in 1914/1915 who I suspect was a cousin.

Very interested to hear if anyone has information about these Bradleys.

Following upon Shane's research ,from the Irish Times ,I have 2 entries for the Bradley family at Kenilworth Square and 4 at Lower Ormond Quay. Just ask if you would like them.

Dear Quaxer,

Yes, these Kenilworth Square and Lower Osmond Quay entries would all be about my direct family and I would love to see them. Many thanks.

Yours Brian

Dear Quaxer,

Many thanks for this - useful information - I don't think Sibthorpe Bradley is a solicitor - looked up LRCSI and it is Licentiate Royal College Surgeons Ireland.
