Lytham St Annes
« on: Tuesday 05 January 10 21:10 GMT (UK) »
Hi
I wonder if anyone could give me the name of the local newspaper for Lytham
St Annes?  I really need the name of the one which published between 1945-1980.

That would be the "Lytham St.Anne’s Express"
I know it has been going since 1930 as it carried an item about Queen Mary School, Lytham St.Annes.

It is still publishing today.

Hi

I have an original copy of

                    LYTHAM TIMES
St. Annes-on-Sea & Kirkham Chronicle

it is dated Friday, October 27th, 1944, it's possible it was still being published after that date.

Regards

Jennie
