Yes, I found birth reg for Ruth Emily and it seems she is the one with Charles and Annie Elizabeth in 1901

I suppose Ruby could be her in 1911 - maybe she was known as RuthE and the institution heard it as Ruby??

I suppose Rose could also be a middle name

It's also worth bearing in Mmind that often Moon is transcribed Noon (and vica versa)- at least that is what I have found with some of my Derbyshire Noons

Winifred is in an institution in Eastbourne with Charles Moon age 64 and elizabeth age  38

they are born in places which correspond with 1901 census

Can't post any more details or I will be in trouble

it would be worth viewing the 1911 census for the extra information it would give

Frederick Moon b 18/11/1914 Crossways House, Hellingly. Father Charles Edward, General Dealer, Broad Oak, Heathfield. Mother Annie Elizabeth Morrison Crossways House, Hellingly.

Any information on Crossways House would be much appreciated.
