Sir James McIlmunn/McElmunn Wilton
« on: Saturday 02 January 10 15:18 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to find more info on Sir James I know he served 2 terms as Lord Mayor of Londonderry from 1935-39 and that he was knighted by the King at Stormont in 1937.  I am unsure when he died and where he is buried. Does anybody know how old he was when he was Lord Mayor.  Are there any pictures of him anywhere. I think he is my Great Grandmothers nephew.  Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi
If you google his name with inverted commas you will get quite a bit of information including his international football career and his long term as president of the Irish Football Association.
