Newton family in 1891 & 1901 lookup please

    Can anyone find this family in 1891 and/or 1901 please, they seem to be hiding somewhere!
They are in East Meon, Hampshire in 1881.
Charles Newton bn 1852 Broadclyst, Devon.
Mary Newton bn 1850 New Alresford.
Alice Newton bn1870 New Alresford.
William Newton bn 1874, Cheriton
Annie Newton bn 1875, Cheriton
Walter Newton bn 1877, Kilmeston,
Harry Newton bn 1879 East Meon,
Harriet Newton bn 1881 East Meon

I can't find them, have you considered they might have emigrated, or perhaps look for marriages of the children and follow on from there

There's a family in 1900 US census that looks somewhat like them in Wyandotte Kansas, Charles Newton widow age 48, Harry 21, Stephen 17, Harriet 19 all born England another son Alfred aged 9 born Kansas. Migrated 1890
At a diferent  Wyandotte address is Walter Newton aged 22 b England.

I have a George Allsop m Alice Turner [marriage certificate]
The earliest I have for him is age 10 in 1941 census Belper.
Also in there are Sarah Allsop age 15 and Mary and William Newton both 20 [marriage cert]
I have the marriage certificate for Mary Allsop and William Newton.
The head of the house was Joseph Allsop age 75
Wife Hannah age 45

George Gaunt was a witness at George and Alice's wedding and he married Sarah Allsop in 1845

Do you have any connection or information about these people?

              Thanks for your message. I'm sorry, but I have no connection to the Allsops you mention as far as I know. The Newton lookup was for a friend & has no actual connection with my Allsops.  It might be best to put a query on the Derbyshire board as you would get people reading that board with more knowledge than I have. There is also the Allsop Family Group which is run by Winifred Waterall, she may be able to point you in the right direction, do a google for her address, sadly it's all snail mail but she is a mine of information.

I have looked at the 1841 Census and just have a query.
Are you sure that Hannah is Josephs Wife?
Relationships are not shown on the 1841 census so she could be a Daughter or Daughter in Law of Joseph.
The children could be his Grandchildren.
I must commend you on all the Certs you have bought. So many people are not willing to spend the money to confirm facts.

I presume on all the Marriages the Father is Joseph? Occp Labourer?
It is possible he is Joseph a Son of Joseph age 75 in 1841.

I see you posted this quite a while ago and I may be off, but my Great-Grandmother was Alice Viola Newton and her mother/father was Mary Newton and Charles Newton.  Alice was born in Alresford England.  So I don't know if those are the same people that you were looking for.
