Collins family Hannington

 :)

I have two questions one general where do I find good info about Northamptonshire ? Especially BMD for Hannington and Wellingborough I have tried Genuki to no success, any ideas?

I am having problems trying to find out about Thomas Henry Cave Collins bap according to "free reg" 4 sep 1853 to Hannah Collins spinster in Hannington. Same source she has another son Joseph Neal Collins baptised 26 Mar 1848.

I beleive she is the daughter of Thomas Collins of Hannington b26 jan 1803 and Mary Neal of Broughton b 1804 both of Northamptonshire. They marry in 1827 in Broughton.

The Collins family seem quite large and remain close to each other.
In 1841 I understand from the census that there is a Hannah Collins living in Queen Street Hannington, she is a lace maker, with her parents. Then in 1851 there is a Hannah Collins living as a servant in Wilby.

I can't find a definite record of Joseph Neal again other than the parish registers whereas Thomas H goes on to marry Druscilla Langley in 1879 and having 10 children.  I can't find the birth of Thomas to send off for his birth cert only the registers. I wondered if perhaps Henry Cave was the father of Thomas

Any help would be gratefully received in finding info about 2*gt gd father
regards
Helene
