There is this Marriage on IGI
Robert Wilkinson and Hannah Woollot 3rd Sept 1827 at Kirby in Ashfield Nottinghamshire
Cannot see them on 1841 though
There are several Deaths on BMD for Hannah Wilkinson Sunderland which is near Hetton le Hole
two of which Dec 1840 and Dec 1847.

Thanks Pam
I've noted the marriage previously on IGI and it seems to stack up but I'm just looking to tick a few more boxes before I have it as a confirmed hit! If Hannah Woollott is the wife there is other information around which takes her branch of the tree back to the 1500's which would be excellent to have.
There are just a few niggling doubts and that's why I'm so keen to locate the family in 1841 to hopefully confirm the spouse is called Hannah.
One of the slight apprehensions I have about this being the same Hannah is that the Children are all baptised at the Baptist Church in Kirkby Woodhouse but the marriage takes place at a Church of England Parish Church in Kirkby in Ashfield, (They're next door to each other) I seem to recollect reading somewhere though that Marriages had to be performed in a C of E church at that time even if they were non-conformist.
I haven't got an Ancestry subscription at the moment but when I did there were a few different family trees claiming different destinies and spouses for Hannah Woollot. I want to claim her for myself but can't allow myself to untill I've got a positive ID!!
I've tried to track some of the deaths you've mentioned previously but without success. I think Hetton was still covered under Houghton Parish at the time but I couldn't find any records covering them. The fact they were possibly Baptists doesn't help either!!
