Identification of clothes and props
« on: Saturday 12 December 09 21:37 GMT (UK) »
Christmas Greetings to you all.
This photo is dated about 1882 but I find that the little boys attire very odd for the time also the props seem very unusual, I cannot work out what is on the chopped branches by the little girl, anyone got any ideas about it?
restore and colour would be nice please.
Many Thanks
Jan :D

The girl's bonnet is a throwback to the 50's & 60's.The boy's jerkin was standard working class daywear for a lad.
Some photographers seemed to throw in anything they had, here there's an indoor backdrop with a bit of rustic fencing to make it look outdoor.
