1841 /1851 Census, David Davies, Llanwddyn
« on: Sunday 13 March 05 04:22 GMT (UK) »
I am looking for David Davies, born in Llanwddyn (now Lake Vyrnnwy) in both the 1841 and 1851 Census.

In 1841, he would have been about 14/15 years old. His parents are most likely Elizabeth and John Davies.

In 1851 he would have been about 24/25 years old.   He would have been a labourer.

If he is not in Llanwddyn in the 1851 census, he may have moved over to Llansilin area, as he married in 1852 and lived in Llansilin with his new in-laws (Edward & Elizabeth Morris).  I know that is in Denbighshire and will check there next.

Thank you very much in advance for any help you can provide.   Carol
