Looks like a postcard to me, and the furniture suggests WW1 or just prior to that, say 1912-1915 or so?

I don't think the current photo is quite as early as that one.  Theclothing is quite different  :)

Agree with Prue,I don't think this is earlier than WW1,the neckline would be different to this.
Being an older woman she may not be wearing the latest fashion so 1914-20 I would suggest.

The joints on the chair base are early C20th. Looking at the clothing I would go along with just post WW1
