Peter Noyce, Francis Noyce, Winchester area

My great-great-grandfather's brother married the grandaughter of Francis Noyce, b. abt. 1772. He is listed in 1851 in Otterbourne aged 76, pauper Ag Lab, Blind, born Otterbourne
My daughter's mother-in-law's cousin's direct ancestor in the male line was Peter Noyce, b. abt. 1789, listed in 1851 in Winchester St Maurice aged 62, Ag Lab, Blind, born Stoneham.

Can any kind person point to a link between Francis and Peter (brothers?), thus (very distantly!) linking my family with my son-in-law's?

Francis Noyce was baptised 7 Jun 1772 in Otterbourne, parents John & Jane.

Noyce is a pig of a name - it has so many mis-spellings, variants etc    I'm struggling to find Peter.
