We found Averell's birth details on Ancestry in Belfast. b1916.
What you posted is not the 'birth details', it's an index entry pointing you towards the genuine birth details.

You can view the original document at https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1916/01330/1549272.pdf

Elizabeth's maiden surname is Forbes. She married John McLaughlin on 2 June 1915. You can view the marriage certificate at https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1915/09808/5561210.pdf

Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

No, you don't need to go to GRONI. All Irish certificates before partition in 1922 are on Irish Genealogy.ie for free.

I gave you the exact reference in my previous reply but if you prefer you can start at https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/ and do your own search.
