Hi, I.m looking for info that was probably in Liverpool papers in 1947 0R 48, maybe earlier.
John James Brady was trying to get money at the National Assistance Board, when he killed the young man aged 23, who was supposed to be helping him, but repeatedly called him a scrounger. Brady could have been still traumatized from the war, and the younger members of the family now, often wonder what happened to him. Did the courts take that into consideration? Was he put in an institution or sent to a regular prison?
Anyone willing to look through papers or court records for me, if that's possible?
