St Martins In the Fields looks good
Matey with the bike is wearing Plus Fours. Though these originally came out in the 1860s, they only gained popularity in the 1920s.

Hello there
Definitely St Martin in the Fields and certainly not the beginning of the century. Policeman's uniform must be a clue ( sorry can't help much with that) but the bicycle is 1920s as are the clothing styles.
