*COMPLETED* Ramsbury parish registers: HARRIS and TALMAGE

This is my first look-up request. Please let me know if it could have been improved. My thanks to everyone who looks at it.

I'm seeking information about Winifred Kate Harris and Herbert Allen Talmage, reportedly married in Ramsbury in 1911. I have a fair bit of information about him and two of their sons, but little about her and a third son, and would like to verify and extend what I have:

Herbert Allen Talmage b. June 1889 in Ramsbury, son of Tobias and Louisa Talmage.
Birth of a Winifred Kate Harris registered Hungerford Q3 1894.
1901 census shows a Winifred Harris age 6 in Lambourn, Berks* (also six others elsewhere).
Marriage(s) of Winifred K Harris and of Herbert A Talmage registered Hungerford in Q4 1911 and believed to have taken place in Ramsbury.
son William Alec Talmage b. May 1912 Ramsbury.
son Edward Talmage b. 1913 Ramsbury.
son (?name) born 1914-1918, believed to have died young.
After Herbert's death in 1917, Winifred Talmage is believed to have remarried (possibly more than once); surname at death thought to have been Smith.[/li]

* Ramsbury parish is in East Wiltshire, but official registrations were in Hungerford, Berks. Winifred was perhaps born not in Ramsbury but somewhere in Berkshire.

I've just discovered birth of Herbert R Talmage registered Hungerford Q1 1917, mother's maiden name Harris, on FreeBMD, and a death at age 17 of Herbert R Talmage in Q2 1934, also registered Hungerford.

There only seems to be the 3 children you have found all reg. Hungerford.

There are others earlier as well, where Mothers name is just down as Sandford. This is a possibility;

Boy, is he hard to work out on Census;

1891 census the Talmages ( Tobias and Louisa) are in Wiltshire;
Herbert seems to be down as Bertie age 1.

1901 there is a Herbert A, born 1897 with them . Image actually says age 11 ( born c 1890).

living High St Ramsbury with parents and siblings

He is a cycle News agent (own account)

trish - you are correct 1901 census herbert's age is transcribed as 4 but image clearly shows age as 11

1901 herbert's sister is Ada M age 3 b Ramsbury

Her birth reg gives her name as Ida May Talmage Jun qtr 1898 Hungerford 2c 266

In 1911 census she is May age 12

sister Rose Louisa Talmage is a Boarder with the Jordan family in 1901

By 1911 Tobias and Louisa claim they have had 7 children but only 6 are still living -so there is another child to find
