St Winnow marriage - Look up please

Would some kind person with access to St Winnow parish records please look up marriage of George Varcoe and Elizabeth Avent Leach in St Winnow on 4 December 1823. I'm particularly interested to find out ages of bride and groom also name of groom's father.

Before civil registration started in 1837, names of fathers are not recorded, neither are ages, although if the record says with consent of parents, you know that at least of them is under 21. As you have the date and parish, you can get a copy of the entry from the record office in Truro.
