Hi John

Baptisms for St Clement Danes for that time frame are indexed on the IGI. There is no extracted record for a baptism from a parish register but there is a submitted record for the marriage. The mention of St Clement Danes could be a 'best guess'. I would suggest he may not have been born in or around London at that time. Have you looked at the other extracted Spilsbury baptisms on the IGI at www.familysearch.org ?

He & Sarah May could have been in the parish of St Clement Danes for only 3 weeks, just enough time to have the Banns called before their marriage.
