please can anyone help my son he is buying an empty house owner died. They were just about to exchange they found the above name also on the deeds they know she has also died but cause her name is on the deeds we need to contact the next of kin before the sale can go ahead.
as my son and his girlfriend have worked so hard to get this house i thought i try and help them out thanks in advance
