« on: Monday 23 November 09 14:09 GMT (UK) »
John walls was born around the 1860's in Hertfordshire. He married a Susanna Handley who was born around the same time in dartworth.

Have reached a real dead end end on this and any information would be apreciated.

yours Chris

what do you want to know?

There are two Johns born approx 1863, one in Hertford and one in Great Hadham.

Although they can not be seen after 1881?

Hi both  :)

There don't seem to be any matches on the censuses or in BMD.

Are we possibly 100 years out?

Hi Chris,

The Datchworth PR for the 1791 marriage records the groom as John Walls of the parish of Benington and that the marriage was by licence.     Benington is some four miles from Datchworth.
