Is it possible to improve this one please

I love the composition of this pic but the exposure is way off ...... can it be improved at all?

Hi Polly - how's you  :D

Just a quick one while cooking.  I'm on laptop which tends to underestimate the amount of red in images, so hope one of these are  OK.

I'll go and check it on the biggie later  ;D ;D ;D

Morning Wendy, Xin and Gadget,

You have all been very busy so thanks for your efforts, there're all good improvements, will reload to the album now!

  .... and Gaget, I'm fine now, travelled home yesterday after visiting son and his family in Bromley whew!!!! the weather was shocking, it was like driving thro a nightmare, low cloud, poor visibility, and heavy lashing rain, wicked ..... thought the end had come!!
