Uncle in RAF In Need Of Tidy Up

I would really appreciate it if this photo of my uncle Syd taken in Alexandria, Egypt while stationed there with the RAF, could be cleaned up a bit, as you can see it's been a bit abused over the years and to my knowledge it is one of only two photos we have of him in uniform, colour would be nice if possible but i'm not sure if his hat would have been the same blue as his uniform
