Crest – an arm embowed in armour proper round the wrist a scarf Gules int eh hand a sword Argent hilted Or holding up a wreath Vert, the arm charged with a cross pattée fitchée also Gules.
Strictly speaking, to use these Arms you would have to descend in the legitimate male line from Ebenezer Radford Rowe.
