Harriet Howell born c1810

I am trying to find any information about my ancestor Harriet Howell born in Stourport in about 1800 - 1810.

Harriet married Richard Brooks in 1836 in Leigh, Worcs, but this was possibly her second marriage.

Hi Phil,

The marriage details in the register for the parish of Leigh were

Richard Brookes of this parish and Harriet Howel of this parish were married by banns in this church 25th Sept 1836.

Richard made his mark and Harriet signed the register. The witnesses were Samuel Brookes and Ann Brookes.

There was no mention of Harriet being a widow.

The baptism records for Stourport held at the Worcester History Centre only go back as far as 1813, so couldn't find a baptism record.
