Marriage look up
« on: Wednesday 18 November 09 20:55 GMT (UK) »
Hi,

I have a birth certificate that could be for my G grandfather James Leary b 1878. His father was James Leary and his Mother was Anastatia Caulfield. I have been trying to look up their marriage on the LDS site but am having no joy. Has anyone got any suggestions on spellings of the name Caulfield that I could try?

Thanks

Have you found both the parents in 1911 Irish census? married women were asked how many years married (also how many children/how many living)
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

James Leary (senior) was dead by 1911. I have found an Annie Leary on the 1911 census living with her daughter and family that might be my James' mother but the only information given is 'Widow'

Unfortunate. Any idea when eldest child was born? (looking for date range to search)

I haven't yet sorry. I'm a bit stumped with these Leary's at the moment!
